1. The service
Sichuan Yunqi Xingchuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. provides player, browser, and utility apps (the “Service”). The Service may be free and may include advertising or optional paid removals, as described in each app.
2. Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable law and Google Play policy.
- Do not use the Service to distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not reverse engineer, crack, or disrupt the Service except where the law allows.
- Third-party websites and media files are the responsibility of their providers.
3. Intellectual property
Apps, website, trademarks, UI, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party content you play or browse remains with its owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Issues caused by third-party sites, damaged media, device compatibility, or networks are outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant app (zero if the app is free). Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
6. Changes and termination
We may update apps or these terms. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the app. We may discontinue a product for compliance, security, or operational reasons.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise they may be brought in a court with jurisdiction over the defendant’s domicile. If your local law mandates other rules, those rules prevail.
